Get your download.
We deliver NovaQuant manually so we can verify each payment by hand. After you subscribe
with Stripe or PayPal, send one short email to
novaquantlabs@gmail.com
from the same email address you used at checkout. We'll verify your payment and
reply with your NovaQuant.exe download link — typically within a few hours.

Download & install
- Switching machines? Email us and we'll send a fresh download link.
- Lost the email? Reply to your Stripe / PayPal receipt or write to us again — we'll re-send.
Billing & cancellation
- Paid with Stripe? Open the self-service portal link inside any Stripe receipt email to update card details, change billing email, or cancel.
- Paid with PayPal? Open your PayPal automatic payments dashboard and cancel the recurring payment.
- Stuck? Email us and we'll cancel from our side — usually within one business day. See Refunds & cancellation for the full policy.
First run
- Windows showing an “unverified publisher” warning the first time you run the file is normal — click More info > Run anyway only after confirming you received the file directly from us.

Reporting a bug
The fastest way to get a fix is to send a short note with a screenshot, the exact step where it happened, and any error message. Email novaquantlabs@gmail.com and we'll usually reply within a business day.
